trac control
strrange thing happen sometimes when i pull up to do my burnout......the car bogs down when i try to spin the tire just like if the trac control is still on.....i turned it off and back on then off and even shut down the car and restarted.then turned the trac off...same result...cant spin the tires.....anbody

I assume you are power braking your burn out? If so your brake torque managment may be kicking in. This happened to me at the line when I was loading up the stall convertor. When I applied brakes and gas at the same time the pcm would cut engine power. It just started doing that and never did it before. I think you can have brake torque management tuned out of a 1999 (unlike a 1997)

good info...thanks ....but my torque management has been disabled or lower as i understand it....but again i think a line line should be in my list of to do's
