Evaluate my time please
Here are the numbers:
r/t....... .228
60ft..... 2.266 haha
330...... 5.583
1/8...... 8.220 @ 95.39 goal is 100mph still have some work to do I guess
1000.... 10.439
1/4...... 12.288 @ 122.73
All in all I was more worried about the mph than anything else. I thought it would be a little higher than it was. Maybe with a good tire and prepped track I can pick up a couple more. What do you guys think? Any issues, other than traction, you can see from this pass? Any info is appreciated. I want mid 11's at least. Car has a P1SC procharger @ 7 psi, 3.73 gears and that is it for go fast parts. Made 505rwhp on auto spec's dynojet.

However MPH is more dependent on HP... using my car as an example..
I have spun and run 12.30 @ 111 mph.... then on the next run I "HOOKED" and ran 12.11 @ only 111.85 mph...
The difference is to get more MPH you need more HP..... but to get a lower ET all you need is a good chassis set up...
If you add a good set of DR's you should be in the 11 sec zone but I doubt you will see much more than a 2 mph increse...
Now if you go to the track on a night when the Barometer is 30.10 & its 55 deg. outside you WILL see a 5-6 MPH increse...
As I said before.. I may be wrong (I only have been doing this since 1966)
Lets see what some other members think....

Don't worry.. the more you go to the track the more you will learn...
Quick tip for today...
When you stage the car go in and light the "Top" bulb on the tree... then creep in VERY SLOW...until you Just barely light the bottom bulb & "STOP" right there.. the sooner you stop the better, this is "Shallow Staging" it will get you a quicker ET and more MPH because you car will move about 16" forward BEFORE" the timing clock starts... (so in reality you are getting a rolling start)
This method is best for getting good ET and MPH..
However if you are bracket racing you want to roll forward a little more.. it will slow your ET but you will have a better "Reaction Time"
Remember "REACTION TIME" has nothing to do with your ET or MPH... So remember you are NOT racing the other car you are looking for good #.. so staging your car as shallow as you can will help!!
"drag race " shocks

Hoosiers or MT street radials.
Good luck and have fun!!
