It's great to read about the success of the corvette racers and in particular Edgar the ambassador of drag racing and corvette racing in general. I won a 6 round sportsman event at Atlanta and participated in the King of the Track competition 8 27 2011. NO I still can't beat a superpro for the win but still I had a great night. Some of the best fun was a match race during time trials with a new 2011 supercharged camaro. We ran heads up and he took the stripe by .02 his car had dyno'ed at 575 and weighed 4200 with driver compared to my stock c6a6 that tilts the scale at 3500 with a full tank and driver on board. If I han't had a good light and deep staged the difference would have been much greater. I've never dyno'ed my car but it's best time has been 12.26@115+. Best Regards to all of you.
