A Rules clarification
It has been brought to my attention that some of our ECSCC racers my need some help understanding the rules for 2003. One new rule that has gone into effect this year is that any driver over the age of 60 must be able to do certain things. The major one is to be able walk without falling down and breaking your arm. It seems one of our racers, who happens to be over 60 has this problem. Now what do we do test everyone over 60 to be sure they can stand up??? Or just test the ones that fall down and break their arm.
Please let me know what I should do.

Vic
I was walking to get my wifes car, & slipped on the ice covered road. At my
ADVANCED AGE I was unable to grab onto the car (read slow reaction time) ..I fell breaking my left wrist..
I'm thinking of suing the "Old Age Home" for not taking better safety precautions, with us
SENIOR CITIZENS like requiring 5 pt. harness when using a Hi Performance Walker.

Hey John!
I've got a C4 full rollcage for sale, think it'll fit on your walker? Of course that means you also need at least a 5 pt. harness & a window net!
Hopes for a speedy recovery, Dave
