0-60MPH G-TECH
My car has run 12.28 & the best I could do was 3.96 with drag radials, On that run my 60' was 1.68
I'm seeing 4.9x 0-60 times with 60ft times in the 1.7x on my C4.
Sure is nice to get a little practice in without having to drive to the track.

Nick.. it may have been close on the drag strip.. but trust me you Did Not Go 0-60 in 2.8 Sec! Maybe if you had a Super Gas car, but not in the Vette or Porsche.. I'm betting the Vector was off center.. or tilted..
you think i am full of crap?
my car goes 0 to 97 in 7.13 so how is it impossible to go 0-60 in 2.87??? 60 mile an hour is approx 60% of of 97. as you know you excellrate at a slower rate as your speeds increase.
the new gt 40 goes 0-60 in 3.2! i am sure if you stuck a set of nitto drags that itll go just as fast as my car.
i not trying to get hostile but i know what i have seen and done and not just once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag

yes, it is centered and not tilted and it is calibrated. i am not an idiot as you are insinuate.

Here's another way to get 0-60mph times that's probably a lot more accurate. Plot distance vs. time from one of your time slips. Put feet on the y axis and time in seconds on the x axis. Most time slips give you a 60', 330', 1/8 mile, 1000' and 1/4 mile and their respective times. Fair in a curve through the points. Next draw a straight line from point 0,0 to 880 ft, 10 sec. The slope of this line represents 60 mph (88 ft/sec). Draw a line with this same slope tangent to your distance vs. time curve. Read down from the tangent point to the x axis. That's your 0-60 mph time.

:mad
but do you think 0-60 in 2.8 sec in an 11.1 Vette is possible ?
If you send me the numbers off your timeslip I'd be happy to plot them and see what that shows for the 0-60 mph time.

McLaren F1 - 1/4 mile 11.6 @ 125.0, 0-60 mph = 3.4 sec
Corvette C5-R - 1/4 mile 10.3 @ 136.0, 0-60 mph = 3.5 sec
Kind of indicates that C5-R wasn't getting super 60' times.
