Nothing wrong with taking the time to get it right.
Good machine work, inspecting and blue printing take enough time let alone supercharging. I would have to say for the hobbyist 2 years is a reasonable pace. I know i don't have the time to supercharge anything let alone the $$$. But what makes this thread interesting is the LT1/LT4 engines adapt to the platform for centrifugal type superchargers. I really like the "dry" charge method for a "blow through" type induction rather than a "draw through" wet charge used on the old school "Jimmy" blowers. But can the PCM work with this? And will they "lag" a bit like a "turbo"? Or can the centrifugal "boost" right off idle? Yes i'm interested in the results too.
