I've seen the data where a stk engine will gain 10-15 at the wheels w/headers. I also saw an article where a performance engine gained much more w/headers.
I'm getting 280 rwhp and 315 rwtq w/stk rams horns, H pipe and some very beat up and flattened duals. How much am I leaving on the table?
It has got to be hard for the TFS heads to breath through stk ex.
Any thoughts? TIA
Rams horns aren't too bad, but you should still pick up 10-15 FWHP with some 1 5/8" full length headers (and round exhaust pipes ). The more modified a motor, the more important they become...air in-air out.
