For those of you that don't surf over to cz28.com. A twin turbo kit for 93-97 LT1 is being developed.
Anybody want to buy a 93 Polo Grreen Corvette?

That set up looks exactly like one done on a 55 chevy.
Hey Monty,
I have a Super Chevy magazine here now at work, it is sept of 1996. There is a yellow C3 in here with a 408 CI (from a 400 block) with twin turbos. I dont know if it is one of those bogus claims, but they say it is capable of 1500 HP, it has twin "vortech" turbos, and no intercooler. Then they go on about some BS that he built the intake lid out of a stainless piece of refridgerator door and milled fins on top of it to cool the intake.
I will try and scan it in, and mail it, if you would like to see it (2 pages) It will take time to do, as the scanner is at home, but the email there sucks, so I need to get it back to work somehow

Huh? Intake lid out of a refrigerator door?
I'd like to see it if you get the chance. But I have to admit I'm skeptical - 1500hp with no intercooler would require some serious race gas. Those types of turbo apps are what have given turbo projects a bad rap. I was exchanging emails the other day with someone, and we were talking about all the junkyard turbo projects you can find on the internet. Now there's nothing wrong with that, someof the stuff I've seen is pretty darned ingenius, but they certainly aren't the best examples of turbo projects or turbo potential.

Yeah, Thats what I said.
The install and the car is extremly clean.... all polished/chromed. Suppose to be a daily driver as well.
I think the rest was all fluff for various reasons. I will try and scan it ASAP.
There is only 1 pic with the engine shown, it is small :(

That setup is the one I bought from that guy :D.
This guy has his own fabrication shop and his work is top notch
The yellow manifold below is part of that setup, the rest is coming my way!
The Corvette is from Juha Martikainen owner of AMworks and it has rotomaster turbo's w/ the rest custom fabricated.

Gale Banks did a twin turbo big block C3 for Bonneville a few years back
Twin 4 barrel carbs, and a air-to-water intercooler, with an ice chest in the back. Got over 240mph
It was a 'vert with a removable top to eliminate the tunnel back

I beleive that is the setup from a '55 chevy, more space under those hoods than camaros, and tons more than vettes.
