Head Casting Number Help.
Could someone please help me identify these casting numbers? I have look in the casting number book that I have and, they are not listed. The following numbers are cast into the head: 3998997, GM34, F27-72, CONV4.
Any info about these heads would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 applications for that casting number - a 305, 350 listing and a 350,400 listing.
Should be ~76cc combustion chambers, 161-165cc intake ports, and hardened valve seats

Thanks Chris,
The heads do have the additional steam holes for a 400. How can you tell if they have hardened valve seats? I can't see any evidence of a seat insert or anything like that.
