Default 350 sbc build

Im trying to build this engine for a 67 camaro I just picked up... car came in pieces.. Motor has potential. the block has 030 over flat pistons, and was told it had a SERIOUS cam... and they screwed up the stock heads when they ran it.

well I got a set of rebuild 202 heads with 550 lift springs, holley 750 carb and a performer rpm manifold, roller rockers??? yes ??NO, or roller tip????

Im thinking of pulling the cam and geting a Comp thumper cam or the ***** thumper.. the car has a powerglide tranny.. I just want a good sounding motor with some lope and good HP.... Nothing too radical... If I need a stall converter , thats fine..

How does this set up work?? expected HP range?? which cam thumper or *****??

Another option was to put this motor in the vette and I have access to a 327 complete stock and put that in the 67, but leaning towards leaving the vette alone.

thanks guys.. appreciate any imput..

A little background info would help:

Is the engine block a two-bolt main 327 or a four-bolt 350? (I know you said 350 in the title, but did you check the crankshaft?)

What size wheel/tire will you be using?

What is the rearend ratio? Is it posi or open diff?

Is the Powerglide a stock unit or a racing unit?
