Long shot but, try a new sending unit. Could you bypass in the engine be stuck wide open?

Before you pull your motor apart, you should find out for sure if you have pressure or not. 350's usually have a pipe plug just above the oil filter or just behind the distributor. Get a guage and tap into your oil system at either of these points. Start your car and let it warm up and confirm whether or not you have pressure. If you put a new pump in you should have pressure, so my guess is that you have a bad sending unit.

The bypass is part of the oil pump that sends excess pressurefrom the relief valve back into the intake of the pump. Your new pump should be ok.

You will find your sending unit on the rear side of the intake manifold near the distributor. There will be a bell looking like switch, along with the oil pressure switch. When i replaced, I had to remove the distributor to get access to the switches, good luck finding the problem
