which gear for roller cam
for my msd billet tach drive distributor,im building a new short block with a roller cam and i need to change the dist. gear but which one do i need is the msd shaft .500?I have one(bronze) here but its for a stock hei distributor,are the same shaft size? i dont want to take out the msd till im ready to swap motors.thanks guys..

MSD part # 8531 which is melonite the same as chevy sells part # 10456413 but chevy gear will have to be bored out to .500 :chevy
