1976 engine help needed
I have a 76 vette convertiable I'm wanting to know if I can mod it to beat a vette with a ls1 350 v8 in it. will a ZO6: LS6 350 V8 fit it or any other engine? and help please send to austin_boyd77@hotmail.com

Pretty much those entire motors are low compression junk
Youll need more than 350hp to beat a 345hp LS1 Vette.
Stroke that puppy and get a good head on it or do the LSx conversion.

Are you looking to rebuild the engine or small add on? Do you have the original engine? Mine was a 2 bolt main with like 180 HR. They chocked those engines out in that year. I am in the process of getting a new engine myself.
