Default Exhaust "Snort"

So I was trolling youtube and I ran across this video. Its a C6 running a bike. If you watch the video after every shift you hear that "Snort" sound. Basically something to do with the engine rpms dropping a little not being under load for a second. I really like that sound and was curios if anyone knows what causes it...

No one even has an idea what causes that noise? Not a single person?

You were correct it's just the sound when you shift. Love the title of this post, kind of funny.
