Ford SVT supercharger on SBC
I did it if anyone wants to see how.
I just wanted to see if it would work and how well. Cost me about $800 total but shop time was free. Only bought the blower, drive pulley, belt, idler pulleys and Aluminum. This is all build on what I call a "claimer" motor, cast pistons, eagle cast crank, procomp heads. Only 650 holley and 27 degrees timing.
Its awesome, I wish someone made a Fuel Injection intake that could use this with an elbow to a TB. It'd be cool, as those blowers are getting more affordable. Nice way to bolt on some power, I really like the idea on your setup

Thanks, They are getting affordable. I was not sure it would run "wet" as it's designed to just move air. I had though of turning the mustang one around and having the opening in the front, add fuel injection to the intake and drive it with a jackshaft, but I went with the easy route. So far the "drivability" is just as if it was a carborated car. I'm quite happy with it's manners. On the gas it just pulls and pulls. It makes for interesting conversations also. I call it a hybrid and wish I could write it off my taxes..
