Default Lt-4 heads on lt-1

Greetings, I plan to install a pair of factory LT-4 heads, 1.6 rockers, and manifold on my 1994 LT-1 with the 4L60E transmission. I would like to know how much more torque and HP I will get without going to the Hot cam? Also, if I go with the hot cam any idea what rpm stall convertor I will need and how much HP this will generate. The car is not raced and is on the street most of the time. I appreciate any and all advice, thank you.

The LT4 was rated at 30hp more than your Lt1
Dont expect a lot from the head swap. An improvement though no doubt

I have always been told there is alot better use of your monies then swapping to a lt4 top end, unless you have a cheap in on the heads and intake.
