I'd like to upgrade my H/C...was wondering if the LS6 H/C would fit on my LS1?

Since you already have a supercharger I'd go for some heads with larger combustion chambers to decrease compression. The LS6s will bolt on, if your heart is set on those try to run a thicker head gasket to decrease compression. Look into the LQ9 heads, they are off of the Escalades and have larger combustion chambers. If you plan to have the heads ported ask them to increase the size of the chambers. If you plan to run a different cam as well, I'd call one the manufacture and see if they have a special blower grind for the Gen III motors. If they don't have them on the shelf, which I don't think they will, you can have a custom one made. Go to the C5 forced induction board and ask for details, Jeff Nation has a Z06 with 9.4 to 1 and an intercooled D1 SC making 634rwhp at 10lbs. Also if your car hasn't been tuned I'd definately look into that, the Vendor L.A.P.D. got 550rwhp with headers and an intercooled P1-SC, the guys running that setup without tuning are making 450rwhp. Good Luck!
