Which long tube headers to get ?
I need a set of headers for my 90 L-98 I want the long tube off street version. They are for a track car. The car is going to put out about 450 hp and 425 tq.
Any advise would be appreciated.

If you want to calculate the pipe sizes and lengths for a basic set of long-tube headers, you can do it at my website http://www.headerdesign.com. Just read the instructions below the calculator, and e-mail me with any questions you have.
I don't know what tailpipe or muffler requirements you have, but you can generally use the program's collector length as the distance from the primary pipes to an X-pipe or short H-pipe junction. The program specifically designs the header and collector to dampen the out-of-tune state that usually occurs in the header at the beginning of the midrange. This should be good for road racing, if that's where your headed. Good luck.
