Default Quick cubic inch question.

How many cubes do you have if you have a 427BB that is 30 over with a 454 crank?

Yep. The 454 and 427 have the same size bore, just different stroke crank (4.00" vs. 3.766"). Put a 454 crank in a 427 and you get a 454. Bore it .030
and you get about 460ci.

The formula to figure cid =
BORE X BORE X STROKE X .7854 X # OF CYL'S = CID.

You take the Bore inches divide by 2 then x2 it or time it by itself, then multiply that with pie ~3.14 then multiply that by the stroke then times 8.

Bore/2 * ITSELF * pie * stroke * 8 clyinders
