quick fuel carb problems
I have a 383 stroker with a quick fuel carb. sat for 1 year. Ran great when parked started a couple of times in that time. Removed old and put in new fuel. Got it but running real rich. secondary float bowl full says fuel should be half way up window in bowl. Tried to adjust level and no change. removed float bowl cleaned and reinstalled. now when I start it fuel pours out secondary vent tube. HELP PLEASE
