Roller lifters.
Okay, I changed my oil a couple days ago, and I found some metal buildup in my oil filter. FREAKS ME OUT!!, anyways so I go right to the turbos first, and tear them down, the shafts look good still, though are a little dark, meaning they were getting hot. Anyways I look into the cam and notice that I am grinding into them now.
So I begin looking into a Hydro Roller cam and lifters, but what the hell, I have a Summit catalog from march or so and they show the prices for lifters being about 200. Now they are around 500. I am a poor cheap gear head so excess prices are not my bag. Does anyone know if there are any other companies out there besides Crane and Isky that makes roller lifters, and a good price too?
