Does it mean anything to anybody are they good upgrades ....what kind of horsepower should I expect to get, $7,000 sounds like a lot of money to upgrade an engine do these upgrades give me better reliability or strictly for horsepower I really don't know much about engines

looks like some chrome dress up parts and probably 100-150 hp increase on the engine upgrades.

You have a number of theoretically good upgrades, specifically to the motor, also headers, though not much else in terms of performance.
Lots of work for preventative maintenance, and some dress up items, that's about it.

new engine ?? w/upgrades, labor radiator it adds up fast. Not that far out of line really.
A decent 350 will run 5k and up these days min plus 2k labor easy.

I would have bought a crate engine and no Champion plugs, and if an engine can't handle a 750 Holley, start over.
