Not any I have seen. I also looked in a couple of catologs. I think the reason is center bolt type heads are not really used by people who are going to be running cams that bend screw in studs.
I imagin that you could machine a stud girdle to clear the center screws.

I agree with this, but at the last TCC event in Road Atlanta. One of the cars with a hot cam broke a stud. The RPMs can get out of hand when your both going for the same spot. I was just thinking a little extra insurance might help.
