Default engine info please..........

Can you guys direct me to a site where I can read about DOHC V8s and new concept V8s.Thanks guys. :cheers:

I don't think there is one :nonod:
It's even hard to get much engine info directly from any
manufacturer. The best source I've found is the various
"hot rod" books and sometimes the magazines.

Several years ago one of the mags did a special on dual overhead
cam heads for race engines that were either available or under
development. I haven't heard or seen any of them since.

As far as general race engine technology, much of which applies
to high performance street engines, although you have to be
careful to separate the stuff that's just "too trick", have been written
by such legends a Bill Jenkins and Smokey Yunick. The are a number
of excellent and more current books available on building high
performance street engines. David Vizard is a popular and highly
regarded author, to name one.

Browse the book stores and do some reading. Hope that helps.
