Crate engine for an '81
A friend of mine has an 81 and the engine is rapidly approaching its last leg. He wants to buy a crate motor that we can just pull the old one out and drop the new one in on aside from the small part swap over(ie. carb, starter,etc.) He wants atleast 350 with respectable torque. What would be a good engine for a respectable price that we can just drop in?? TIA fellas :cheers:

Look around and see if anybody has a ZZ1 or ZZ2 still in stock. You'd be amazed. Some were bot, never sold, and sitting in some dealer's inventory. This will save you several $k...!
