Default Custom bent radiator hoses?????

Where can i get custom made prebent radiator hoses? I have a custom made radiator and engine combo. I know there are "universal" hoses and i could use universal bends wich i can connect with pipe but would like retain original "looks" like factory hoses do.

Ideas?

Take an hanger and bend the shape you need. Take it to a Auto store."I see your in finland so try to find the place the distributes to all the local shops.. They will have a Huge catalog of hoses and their dimensions. They will be able to get something close for you. If not. I say Save your self the trouble and time and just get a cool flex hose.

Joni,

Contact a company that makes samco style hoses. There are lots of companies that make similar hoses and will even make them to specs. They do it here too. One can either have a mold made or supply their own mold (specs and recommendations are given, mold needs to comply to those in order to be used)

If you would get some black silocone hose it'd look pretty close to stock IMO.

Thanks guys !!

Yes i know coolflex hoses and idea is cool but they look too "glitter" for my eye. And i went to few big partstore asking can i check their inventory but all of them just stores "universal" hoses wich can be bent to fit but look way too ugly and chap. There might be chage to bent an example from wire(gooood idea!) and go some oem spareparts stores.
Twinnie ,black silicon hoses would be best! I ll try to ask around!

The company here is called IQParts and they supply SFS sillicone hoses http://www.sfsperformance.co.uk/
SFS will make hoses to your design if you send i to them. (check the bespoke category on their site)

If you supply the mold it has to:

the mold must be RVS or steel tubing
be 10cm longer than the hose to be made, on both sides
the mold pipe has to have at least a wall thickness of 2mm
The mold has to have a sqyare tube end on one side to be able to secure it in a vise
The mold needs to be smooth and free of burrs (120grit surface finish)

That's about it.

Marck

Joni, they will make the mold for you, suppplying your own mold is optional. It'd be a bit cheaper supplying your own mold.

Yeah right, in this case NCRS must mean National Corvette Racing Society :D That LS1/LS6 looks right at home in that Vintage Vette, you've done tremendous job, can't wait to see that car in flesh.
