engine build up need sugestions
Here's were I am at SBC 400 two bolt, is out to the machine shop to be cleaned, maged, bored 40 over, decked, spray caps, aline honed, have eagle 4.00 4340 forged crank, 6.00 H beam 4340 eagle rods, CP pistons, king bearings,
have decide on rings yet.
Need advice for cam
intake will be Holley Stealthram, 58mm throttle
need injector size
need head recommendaion, and size
need header advice
have a 3:73 rear in car
Auto trans well it wont last but I want to try it 2004R built to the hills
need converter size
anything else? :confused:

Cam: roller/ hyd ?
Heads: 210cc+
Injector size: 36-42lbs depending on HP level
A 2004R should be fine built right, these are the same transmissions used in the Buick GN turbos. The 2004R is also a good match with your gearing.
