Default New engine combo ??

I know there are many choices, 350, 383, 406, etc but i've decided to stay with 350 (355 if it needs bored out). So here's the choices, comments please.

1. My 350 block (bored to 355 if need be)
2. Stock crank (if it's usable) If not a cast steel eagle or scat.
3. edelbrock performer rpm heads or dart pro 1 200cc heads
4. edelbrock performer rpm intake (converted to efi with custom plenum)
5. stock throttle body, will bore out myself to 52mm
6. cam - 296,300 @advertised - .539,548 with 1.5RR - 112° - 107° center line
(hydrolic roller)
7. forged pistons (9.5:1), forged rods
8. Stock oil pump
9. arp all around.

Basically an edelbrock performer rpm motor that was rated at 420 hp and 415 lbs/ft of torque (with carb). I can get this combo to show me 430HP @ 5500 / 460 lbs/ft at 4000 with 1 3/4 long tube headers/dart pro 1 heads using DD (sounds a little optimistic on the torque numbers). I would think the duel plane intake will suit me much better. Also assume a pretty good lope at idle and hopefully enough vacuume? Can run vacuume alternatives if need be, pump, etc.

87 vette, auto, 2.59 gears (something will be done with the gears, not sure what yet) stock converter (recommendation here).

Not a full time drag car by any means, would be nice to test it out on occasion, basically a street machine.

?????
Thanks.

Need any other info for a guess let me know.
