The ZIP tent is one row further north of the GM Restoration tent and to the west of the roadway. The PEP Boys tent was next to ZIP's and the worker there looked BOOORED.
By the way do live near Cumberland. I lived in LaVale for several years.

never could find the Zip Tent,
