Default Engine Block Decoding

Have A Engine Block With Casting Number 3916321 IN MY 1968 CONVERTIBLE
On Side Of That Number There Is A Number /code : Conv2
When I Look Thruu Information It Seems Like This Is A Place For Optional Date Code

What Does Conv 2 Mean ?

Thanks Ann

"Conv2" identifies that the casting was poured on mold line conveyor #2 at Tonawanda. The date code for that block is down on the passenger side of the block, just forward of the starter, and is upside-down.
