washer fluid reservoir
A buddy told me today his washer fluid reservoir cracked close to the bottom and is leaking, so was looking for advice. I remember a few months ago someone posting on a thread about using some kind of putty stick which you have to heat and mold over the cracked area and it would harden as it cooled, repairing the problem. Does anyone recall what the product was or have any idea how to effectively repair this kind of problem short of swapping the part?

Saw some stuff advertised on TV for repairing small leaks in hoses and the like. It was a spray applied. If some one knows the name of this product maybe it might be helpful to MAC to post it here. Wish I could remember the name myself.
