Hi. Have a 1961 corvette 283ci. Need to know where on the frame you can find the serial numbers.Need to show that the number on the title is the same.Would feel very blessed if someone could help me.

It's stamped on the top of the driver's side main frame rail, right about where your wallet is when seated in the car; it's about 1/2" in from the outboard edge of the frame rail. Many cars also have another one stamped about 12" forward of that one.
