Factory correct? I'm not sure I'm buying it.

I believe that is a dealer installed tow rack. Sort of like a dealer installed luggage rack. Let see how many points deducted for the holes in the fiberglass?? Are those stripes lacquer?

I think it says in the owner manual not to have a corvette towed for more than 7 miles so as not to hurt the halfshafts, I don't recall anything about how far you can tow.......
