Default Holley carb ID

I decided to start driving the 72 El Camino as my daily driver again, and discovered fuel leaking from the fuel line tube (at least that is what I think it is called). My question is ... where can I find the Holley model number on the carb ? Is this a HOLLEY CARBURETOR MODEL 4150 / 4160 ? It looks like the carb in the following url. http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/TechSer...o/4150-60.html

Thanks for any help.

Default Re: Holley carb ID (The Wanderer)

Look at the driver's side front of the choke air horn - there will be two or three lines of information stamped on it; the top line will be a Chevrolet part number (if it was an OEM production carburetor - if not, there will be no part number). The second line (or top line if there are only two lines) will say "LIST XXXX" where the X's are numbers; this is the Holley List Number, which you can look up at the Holley.com site under "Carburetor Listings". The bottom line is the date code, which will tell you when it was made.
