LS3 Engine Decode Help
Hi all, I'm new to the forum from the UK - I am here to request help with decoding the engine number on an LS3 Swap we have in our workshop in the UK.
It have photos of the two sets of numbers on the block; the first being the dot peen number that is very badly done it is almost illegible, the second number being stamped nearby which i believe is relative to the car the takeout was from.
If anyone could help decode, I would much appreciate it.

Thanks but I know what the engine is pretty much, the question is that these numbers can be decoded to identify factors such as location and year of manufacture, which vehicle the engine was fitted to from new etc. This is the information I am seeking.
