Green **** Battery Switch In C2
Has anyone used the green **** battery switch with a fusable link bypass and spring-ring battery cables in their C1 or C2? How did you make the connection for the fusable bypass?

I have the green know cutoff switch in my 65. i don't have the fuse link though. There is nothing in my 65 that needs power when I cut off battery. this way I know that there is no electric flowing when it is off.

I had one of the battery cutoffs and it became corroded and was a mess. I reverted to the old disconnect the battery cables method.
Don't worry about the clock. Just reset it when you drive the car.

My solution! I installed a fusible link between the battery and the spring ring battery cable. Connected one end at the negative battery post and the other end to the post of the green **** end. I tapped a hole in the end green **** post for a screw attachment. The fusible link has a 5-amp fuse. This allows the clock to keep running and the doors to be opened as needed.
