the problems with it running can be solved in about a days time. the carb is shot is all, which is exactly why i have a newly rebuilt one sitting next to me waiting to be put on. other then a bad frame and and bad carb, all the other problems are cosmetic.

Yep that is why we have heard how many tales of it not running over the years. OK! Im assuming the "NEW" frame wont be sitting out in the snow and rain again to rust.
