I am planning on being there with both cars. Have to keep a careful eye on your car there, lots of bicycles, people who can't look without touching, and baby strollers.

A CI-6 Car Show Winner
Had both cars there tonight, parked near the east end. Certainly a very good showing of all kinds of cars and a lot of really nice vettes. While I was having dinner a fellow club member dragged a 3 year old girl out of my 03, she liked the car so much she figured she would just have a seat. It was not known where the parents were thoughout this little adventure. My 75 was spotless when I parked, leaving found the entire passenger side to be just one big fingerprint smudge. I think the kids having ice cream from a near by store were using my car as a napkin. Couldn't tell where one started and another ended. I guess IF I ever go again dinner will not be an option. Talked to a Model A owner who caught 3 older boys stealing his tire valve caps red handed last friday. He was lucky and got the kids to give them back.

Should have heeded my own words a little better. Gotta admit that having the little girl IN the car was better then having her wander off maybe on those RR tracks.

I arrived at 7:30pm and couldn't find a suitable (for me) parking space. I turned around and headed for home wishing I had just gone to the Rolling Meadows Cruise-in, now that's a good one!
