...I'm at 150lbs from 222lbs two years ago. Best thing to do is get a membership at a local Y or recreation center and do some treadmill walking/running, spinning or group cycling, elliptical machines and rowing machines about three times per week.
...I do group cycling and run on the treadmill about 3mi per day. Sometimes more. I also do 2mi, 5K or 10K runs locally which is also a lot of FUN.
