I did it
in a little over a year i lost 73 lbs I went from 273 to 200 . 52 pants to a 38 . XXXL to XL I want to thank all by buds for supporting me and all of there kind words ..........

I think most of it was my thyroid ..it was slow or low levels I take a pill everyday and I cut my eating in half . I also do an ecliptic walker every other day for 20 min
