I am looking for someone who lives in of knows the town of Waupaca Wi. my 63 SWC was owned by a person there (2nd owner) and I wrote them shortly after buying the car about 2 years and never got an answer or the letter back that I sent. I have the persons name and address from May of 1999. This person owned the car from 1984 till last plated from them in 1999 so if you live in this town or know someone who does please let me know. I would like to see if this person who owned the car still lives there and I would like to talk to them if they do.

Here's something you could try, a reverse lookup by address. At least it will tell if the same person still lives there.
