Yes...
Philips Chevy treated me horribly. They took 3 weeks to do a simple inspection and program a key fob. Not only that, all I got were excuses as to why the job was not completed. Secondly, they completely missed a LOT more damage. Ultimately, I got fed up one weekend and first thing Monday morn, I called and said, pack up the car, transport will be there in 4 hrs to grab the car. I told them I would pay for the key programing but that's it. I talked directly with the Service Mgr. Two hours later, they called and said the car was done.
Got the car home, didn't trust a word they said so I had my trusted dealer look at it. another 4k worth of damage was found. Insurance paid for all of it regardless, but still a headache...
I got the car fully back to mint shape and running strong. It looked better then ever and ran fantastic. I opt'd not to sell but got a pm one day from a forum member. He offered me a very fair price. I took his offer and threw in all the extras I had. He got a smoking deal. We met mid Dec and he bought it. All are happy in the deal.
Not happy it happened but glad it did as I learned a LOT from the ordeal. Now I have moved on. Semi-actively searching for a roller Z06 to built a big TT beast.

I also miss that car, honestly, wish I still had it, it was simply BAD AZZ and unique, a 427 ci naturally aspirated C5R engine, 10 second 1/4 mile C5 Roadster (in my all time favorite color scheme; pewter with black ragtop, black interior, black wheels, and black roll bar!
