Just pulled my OEM plugs with 30k miles & like everyone else, most of the plugs had hockey pucks missing.
What are you doing for new plugs???
I am going with Denso Irridium, but there are a lot of other choices including sticking with the OEM plugs.

Re: plugs - I went with NGK platinums (no pucks). Talked for a long while with the NAPA guy about Iridiums; he talked me out of using them because he's been seeing lots of guys having trouble with fouling.

I wonder what kind of cars the NAPA guy was talking about??? Denso plugs??? At $13 each I sure hope they work in a Vette....this is the first bad report I have read, except for the high price

I have a close friend from the navy that lives in Ravenna, His name is Mike Rumsey. He lives on Page. I'm there twice a year for visits and I always drive the vette.

I grew up in the Portage Lakes area. Moved away in '84....Still visit family and friends there frequently. It's still a low-key, sleepy kind of place. My kind of living!! :sleep: :D

I was born in Ravenna in 1967 but only lived there for 2 years (Mantua actually). I now live in Lakewood, Ohio but would be interested in any events in that area.

hey! you might see my black vette up in Independence/Cleveland area a lot, my regional office is located there so I liked to cruise the Z when I can:)
