Hey, I've only been on the forum for a couple of months. Thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone is from my area. Ravenna is about 20-25 min. from Akron and about 40 min. from Cleveland. I see C3's around town and was wondering if any of them were on the forum. :party: Cya later

I live in Geneva (Ashtabula County) Ohio. I have played football in Ravenne before. But its kinda far. I have never driven my vette there. :)

This is strange. I just came back from Kingsville visiting old military friends. It was my first time there and had a great time-very nice country. We partied in Kingsville and Ashtabula. Anyone heard of the "Rare Cherry"? Anyway, I plan to make it back up there sometime.

hey ron, i live in norfolk. do you go to the saturday cruise-ins at genro's? if so, i drive the light blue 77. i'm getting ready to go to key west, but i will be back after the first of may. wold like to meet other forum members.

Closest I've gotten to Akron was on I-76 and I-77 on the east side of the state; but that was in the C5. Haven't ventured to OH in my C3; actually, have never driven it outside of FL. I'll remedy that when I fix my internal oil consumption problem.

talk about a small world...two years ago, was seeing a woman in Bryan, then the past year made trips to Erie, and always pulled off at N. Kingsville exit off I-90 to gas up...best prices on gas. I would put enough gas to get me to N. Kingsville then I'd fill up and continue to Erie.

I grew up in the Portage Lakes area. Moved away in '84....Still visit family and friends there frequently. It's still a low-key, sleepy kind of place. My kind of living!! :sleep: :D

If you get down to Wadsworth, Ohio (west of Akron, not far) we have a Vette get together every Tuesday at the BK on Rt. 94. Have some coming from Stow already. Not to much further from you. :yesnod: :yesnod:

I make it down to Dragway 42 as often as possible during the summer and usually see a lot of Corvettes there strutting their stuff......
