Attachments Function Not Working for Supporting Member

Attachments Function Not Working for Supporting Member
I am a supporting member.
My priv say "You may post attachments."
But whne I try to add an attachment to a post, the button for managing atachments does nothing when clicked.
I tried two different brousers. That button is dead for both.
Would appreciate a Sys Admin checking the switch setting on my supporting memeber account. Any other suggestions?

Odd that it would be with 2 different browsers...but my first hunch is that your browser(s) think the manage attachments window that "pops up" should be blocked. Check to see if you can find a popup blocker, and if so, allow this site.

I'm on a Mac PowerBook with the latest OS etc, browsing with Safari. Even with the pop-up blocker disabled, the "manage attachments" button won't work.
When I then switch to MS Explorer, the "manage attachments" button DOES work if the pop-up blocker off.
Thanks. Gotta chat with my tech guys in the morning. Must be a setting in Safari. If they say NO. Then I'll post again.

With the assistance of my co. tech support, it turns out that I needed to clear the cache in my Mac Safari browser.
Once that was done, the "manage attachments" button works properly, even with pop-up blocker activated.
