Sending PM's

Sending PM's
Is there any way to change the default for sending PM's to save them in my Out box instead of not saving them?
Also the request read receipt box is a bit annoying. If I click on the Cancel button the box goes away but when I try to re-send the PM, the box pops up again. In order to send the message, I have to close the pop-up window by clicking on the X. Can a "No" button be added to that box if I don't want a read receipt? With the only options being "Yes" and "Cancel", it's sort of a pain to dela with.
