Default Cant get picture in post

I followed the directions, uploaded the picture from computer, size is OK and it saved the picture in my profile. But it won't display the picture in my post. What am I doing wrong?

If you are talking about how to post an avatar (The thing under your username) I can assemble a tutorial.

Here's a tutorial on how to post an avatar:

STEP 1:
Log in to Corvetteforum. Then click user CP:

STEP 2:
Once in your profile section, click Edit Avatar.

STEP 3:
Scroll down the page so it shows the "Browse" button, then click it. It will be next to the text box below "Upload an Avatar from your Computer."

STEP 4:
It will bring up a box so that you can pick where the file is. Navigate to the file, then click it.

STEP 5:
It will bring you back to this page,

Then it will show the location of the picture on your computer in the text box. Now click the "Save Changes" button to upload it and make it your avatar.

Good Luck,

OK, You got me there For some reason that just did not look like the right area in the avatar. Thought it was just for those icon pictures and just did not relate to the custom picture. Now I need to get a better picture.

Thank you for quick repsponse. Looked at the photobucket link and dont completely understand. Do you need to know that to insert a pic in a post? Thanks again

What do you mean by "Do you need to know that to insert a pic in a post"?

Those guides are meant to be extremely simple so that anyone can use them. It may have excess information, but it's better to have extra for a new user than not enough.

Photobucket offers 3 options of links under your pic. I always just copy the 3rd one and paste it directly into my post.

As Justardnck said, use the third line. That line allows direct placement of the image into your post without hitting the insert image button in the posting toolbar. You just copy and paste that line and it will work without you having to add your own IMG tags.

Now, post us some pics of your ride!
