Why haven't "Tech Tips" been updated?

In 2004 we had a major forum software upgrade. At that time the tips and the registries became dormant due to incompatibilities. The was talk at one time to get that fixed, but I believe now they are not going to be updated.
I don't know where you submitted your tip to and it would be my guess it really didn't go anywhere. Did you submit it using the forum or an e-mail address?

I submitted it using the buttons on the "Tech Tip" page. If "Tech Tips" and Registries are to remain dormant, then the home page for each should include a message that they are no longer active.
