I'm sure there's an easier way, but I open up another window and quote each Post separately and cut and paste them into my original window quote. In other words, do a quote/reply to one Post, then add the others from the 2nd window.

Hmm, I misread his question and didn't notice he was talking about a PM. :o I wonder if my method would work for a PM. I'll give it a try.
When quoting the forum "rules" to those that may run afoul of them I use the quote, copy, notepad, paste method into a PM. So that is similar to what you do
