Is There Any Hope?
Any hope at all that you guys will be able to solve this damn database error problem? Every night when the forum gets busy, it happens.
I really like this forum but I am very afraid you are about to run everybody off. This is just too damn frustrating.

According to the feedback I'm getting, it appears the IB tech folks have done a number of things to address site performance and accessibility issues.
My experience is that the issues are not as frequent as they were several weeks ago. I know the tech folks are continuing to monitor the situation and look for ways to pinpoint what is causing the problem and whether it is affecting some users and not others.

i am sure most of the problems are intermittent, that is the nature of the beast in computer IT problem solving
